to becoming an admissions and career consultant is an amalgam of my passion for education, experience teaching undergraduates and a constant hankering to understand how character building life experiences help tell the narrative of an individual.
I began this journey with pursuing a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology from University of Delhi, India followed by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University. My educational pedigree afforded me a host of experiences working as an Organization Design and Effectiveness Consultant across organizations such as American Express, Sony Music, Cognizant Technologies, Bechtel and GE.
I had an outstanding track record of breaking down business/client problems, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and making strategic recommendations at organizations. Growing up in India, and finding my professional grounding working across geographies; I have honed an ability to grasp information and present in an impactful way. It has been instrumental in my ability to parlay my skills in diverse environments such as The World Bank, and working as a coach focused on work-life balance at Reworking Parents.
I pride myself in bringing an analytical approach to consulting and coaching, and being a true champion for my clients’ success. I live with my husband and two kids in New Jersey.
